At Small Dog Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new tech isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select your recent order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
