We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that some software and opened headphones may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time, but we can ship to verified domestic freight forwarders.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all new products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. For refurbished items, Small Dog Electronics provides a limited 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified.
